Family Values

Florida Sabal Land Service LLC was formed in the spring of 2018, owned by Nathan and Alisha Young both Hillsborough County, FL natives. 

 Nathan started working for a family members business in Plant City while in high school installing irrigation and landscaping, in 2005 Nathan branched out on his own and was the successful owner of a landscaping and lighting business until the recession slowed business in 2009. With mouths to feed and bills to pay at home for a young family; a decision was made to close the business down, and go back to work in the electric utility industry something he had experience from in his early 20's. Since 2009 Nathan has had a successful career in in the electric generation business as a mechanic and electrician, while also overseeing contract work and running projects for a rural electric coop. Always missing his own business Nathan has continued designing and installing landscaping and lighting on the side for family and friends during the past nine years.

 Alisha started working for Nathan's business in 2007 helping with design, marketing, and the office duties. Since 2009 Alisha has stayed home to raise their children and pursued multiple charitable activities, always by his side and  helping Nathan with designs and curb appeal on the side jobs. Alisha was one to also miss the family business and helped keep the desire burning to one day reopen.

 Florida Sabal Land Service has now been formed to provide solutions to home owners and builders in the Tampa Bay area. Give us a try and let us treat you like family and your land as if it was our own! You won't hear us talk about trying to out do the competition, you'll see us giving all we have to give with the skills we have been blessed with to make your home a better place!
